kaki21 Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and kaki21 ("Platform", "we", or "us"). By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any service provided by kaki21, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the platform. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are asked not to proceed with registration or use of kaki21's services.

These Terms may be amended from time to time without prior notice. It is the Player's responsibility to review the latest version of these Terms before using the platform. Continued use after any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Player Eligibility

To register and use kaki21's services, Players must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be 21 years of age or older at the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be a citizen or resident of countries where access to online gambling services is prohibited under their local laws.
• Not currently be subject to an active self-exclusion programme.
• Register an account in their own name only, not on behalf of a third party.

kaki21 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify a Player's eligibility, including a copy of their identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary suspension or termination of the account.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each Player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any given time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different identities, different mobile numbers, or different email addresses, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts along with the forfeiture of any balance held within them.

During registration, Players are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. Players are responsible for updating their personal information whenever any changes occur. kaki21 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information.

The account password is entirely the Player's responsibility. Players are required to keep their password secure and not share it with any other party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact kaki21 customer support immediately via live chat or email, available 24/7.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

kaki21 accepts deposits through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum accepted deposit is RM30 per listed payment method. All deposited funds must come from an account in the Player's own name. kaki21 does not accept deposits from third parties.

Each deposit received will be credited to the Player's account once the transaction is successfully confirmed. kaki21 is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment providers.

kaki21 reserves the right to request payment proof or additional verification for any suspicious transaction. If a deposit is found to involve illegal activity or fraud, kaki21 reserves the right to freeze or return the funds while reporting to the relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals

Players may make withdrawals with a minimum amount of RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The withdrawal methods available are the same as the deposit methods listed above.

Withdrawals can only be processed to an account or payment method in the same Player's name. kaki21 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before the first withdrawal is processed, Players may be required to undergo an identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer). This process requires Players to submit valid verification documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

• Withdrawals involving bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirement.
• Players who have not met the wagering requirement are not permitted to withdraw the bonus portion of their funds.
• Rejected withdrawals will be returned to the Player's account balance.

6. Bonus and Promotions Policy

kaki21 offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. The conditions for using this bonus are as follows:

• The bonus is calculated at 120% of the first deposit amount, up to a cap of RM500.
• The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus portion.
• Example calculation: deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → account balance RM220 → wagering requirement RM120 × 10 = RM1,200.
• Another example: deposit RM1,000 → bonus RM500 → account balance RM1,500 → wagering requirement RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.

All promotions and bonuses offered by kaki21 are subject to their own specific terms. kaki21 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse, including the use of arbitrage betting or strategies deemed to exploit the bonus system, may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.

The kaki21 VIP programme consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback rate, ranging from up to 0.2% (Bronze) to up to 0.8% (Platinum). VIP tier advancement depends on continued gaming activity in your account.

7. Player Responsibilities and Conduct

Each Player is responsible for ensuring that their use of kaki21's services complies with the laws in force in their country or region. The following are strictly prohibited on the kaki21 platform:

• Using third-party software, bots, or automated tools to influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage (collusion).
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal or suspicious activities (money laundering).
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kaki21 staff or other players.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Registering an account using a false identity or another person's identity without authorisation.

kaki21 uses various detection technologies to monitor suspicious activity. Any breach of the terms may result in a thorough investigation and appropriate action, including account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.

8. Data Security and Privacy

kaki21 takes the protection of Players' personal data seriously. All information collected during registration and use of the platform is processed in accordance with kaki21's Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Privacy Policy page.

Players agree that kaki21 may process their personal data for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service improvement. Data will not be shared with third parties except as provided in the Privacy Policy.

By using the kaki21 platform, Players agree to receive account-related and promotional communications via email or other registered channels. Players may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting customer support.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

kaki21 reserves the right to suspend or close a Player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Registration of multiple accounts or use of a false identity.
• Request from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
• Actions that compromise the integrity or security of the platform.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting kaki21 customer support. Once account closure is confirmed, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.

10. Law and Jurisdiction

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of kaki21's services is lawful under the laws of the country or territory in which they reside. kaki21 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.

If any provision in these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
